Call, text a photo of your yard, or fill in the form. Most quotes come back within 24 hours and there is no deposit or obligation to get one.
Four ways to reach us
Fastest is the phone. Someone who actually does the work answers, so you can describe your yard and get a straight answer about whether it is a $150 mulch refresh or a $3,000 full-yard sod job before anyone comes out.
- Call (727) 555-0200 — Mon–Sat 7:00am–7:00pm. Best for urgent work: sod delivery you need this week, or a dead lawn you want handled before a listing photo.
- Text a photo of your yard to (727) 555-0200 — usually the fastest route to a useful number. Send a wide shot of the whole area plus a close-up of the worst patches.
- Use the form — good for non-urgent jobs and after-hours enquiries. We reply within one business day.
- Email [email protected] — best for HOA and property-manager enquiries where you need insurance documents or a formal written quote.

What to have ready
You do not need any of this to call, but having it speeds up the quote considerably. Roughly how many square feet of yard. Whether the existing grass is dead, thinning or fine as-is. Whether the beds need mulch, edging or both. And whether irrigation reaches every corner of the property, since that changes both the price and the warranty conversation.
What happens after you contact us
We call you back to confirm details and book an estimate window, usually within 24 to 48 hours. On site we measure the yard, check grading and irrigation, test the soil, and recommend a mulch type or sod variety for your situation. You get a written flat price before we leave. If you approve it, we schedule — typically same week for mulch beds and one to two weeks for full sod installs.
Service area
We cover twelve communities across Pinellas County with no trip charge — see the full service area list. If you are just outside it, call anyway; we regularly make the drive for full-yard sod jobs where the job size justifies it.

Contact & scheduling FAQs
Usually within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in our service area. Sod that needs delivery this week and dead-lawn jobs ahead of a listing get moved ahead of routine estimates. If you call before noon on a weekday there is a reasonable chance we can look at it the same day.
Yes, and there is no deposit and no obligation. We come out, measure the yard, check grading and irrigation, and hand you a written flat price. If you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing. We would rather give ten honest estimates and win three than pressure anyone into work they do not need.
We can give you a useful range from texted photos, and for simple jobs like a small mulch bed that is often enough. The firm written price needs an on-site visit, because square footage, grading and irrigation condition are the three biggest cost drivers and photos hide all three.
Rough square footage of yard or bed area, whether the existing grass is dead or just thin, whether you need mulch, sod or both, and whether irrigation reaches the whole property. None of it is required, but it lets us give you a far more accurate range on the first call.
Our posted hours are Mon–Sat 7:00am–7:00pm. Outside those hours, leave a voicemail or send a text and we pick it up first thing. Texts sent in the evening are usually answered before 8am the next working day, which is faster than most people expect.
Mulch beds and small sod repairs are typically same-week. Full-yard sod installs run one to two weeks out since we order sod to arrive fresh-cut on install day. Jobs needing significant grading take a little longer. During peak spring and summer growing season everything stretches, so call early.
Only for the estimate and the final walkthrough. Once you have approved the price, most customers give us yard access and get on with their day. We text you on arrival, on completion, and immediately if anything unexpected turns up in the soil or irrigation.
On completion, after you have walked the finished yard with us and confirmed you are satisfied. We accept card, check and bank transfer. Larger commercial and delivery-only orders may have staged terms, and those are always stated in writing on the quote before you agree.
Yes. Certificate of insurance, license number and W-9 on request, and we send them proactively for HOA and property-management work. Email [email protected] with your association name and we will get the paperwork over before the estimate.
Call and ask. For a full-yard sod job we will often make the drive slightly outside our normal twelve communities. For small mulch beds and delivery-only orders the trip usually does not make sense, and we will tell you that honestly rather than quote a padded price.
